Hi, my name is Vincent Henry I have been doing Bont custom molds since 2003. I have made many molds for skaters across the UK who needed customs for increased performance as well as comfort. At The 2009 World Championships I worked for the Bont's Hong Kong & China Distributor Checker Sport making molds for skaters from Iran and India to mention a few.
In 2006 I introduced Bont to the British Cycling Team and did the 1st pair of molds for Bont cycle shoes in the UK. Since then I have made custom molds for many of the British Track Sprint Cycle Team. These include Sir Chris Hoy Olympic gold medalist, Victoria Pendleton and Ross Edgar.

We can send them into bont for you
WAYS TO MAKE A MOLD OF YOUR FEET
Bont basically accept any form of making molds to make the boots, but remember that the boot can only be as good as the mold provided to us. Bont can accept plaster casts, Bont Molding SoxTM or plaster bandages. Please make sure that if you are sending molds to, pack them really well and make sure they are 100% dry.

Moulding sox's 60 pounds
Moulding at Birmingham Wheels RSC or FISS Meeting 60 pounds
Moulding at your home or club travel expense to be worked out by distance and travel time
TIME FRAME
The time frame for customs is stated as 6 weeks to build, once they receive your molds. However, I suggest allowing 8-10 weeks with shipping to and from Bont.
