What if my order is out of stock?


We are fortunate to have a very good network of suppliers so usually if we are out of stock it takes no more than 5 working days to re-order the stock in. No company can ensure to never be out of stock of anything but we can ensure that we are very quickly restocked when we need to be. We do also notify you right away if the item or items are out of stock.


Return policy:

Any item can be returned within 7 days if not used or damaged with a full refund, minus true cost of shipping "which might be higher than actual cost charged" .We may charge a 20% restocking charge on items you exchange or just want to return. We will charge a 20% restocking on custom assembled items. Some custom assembled items cannot be returned. A further service charge of 4% will be deducted from any returned items charged on paypal.com
